 Paramspiritn is Para-atman, the Supreme Spirit, as opposed to atman which is the spirit of you and I.  The statement that Paramatman can be incarnated and is then called Lord, is the doctrine of the Christ Principle (Iswara) attested to in most Scripture, for eg. Book of Wisdom 1:4.
