The divine eye is situated between the 6th and 7th chakra and is gained when the devotee is ready to behold the Spirit.  Whoever has gained this is changed and will never be mundane but rather will be growing into perfection and displaying the immense love which such a one has been shined with.  Many a charlatan has claimed this degree of purity, the true devotee however will not find it in her/himself to make such a claim, nevertheless, it should be quite obvious to all whether a devotee is thus blessed or not.
