Ananta is a non-venomous snake, five headed, depicting the five elements of nature upon which all is built.  Varuna has heavenly and earthly jurisdiction as a deity who affiliates himself with the water deities (occasionally in history an awareness of the deities of water springs up, such as the current Plaeiedian, which is built on this ancient thought).  Adam, or Aryama in Vedic, is the first of men to descend to earth as a new wave of souls incarnate.  Those who honour the ancestors must know him as the foremost.  The mythological Lord of death, Yama, is an exact controller and expert executioner of his cosmic duty, he deviates not an inch from his calling.
