See also 8.16.  Whatever the mind of the human being can believe and have faith in, becomes as if real – as in a dream.  There is no convincing a person that the nightmare is not scary at the time, even though it is merely a fleeting concoction of the person’s imagination.  In the same way do people create their own dream-heavens by their thoughts.  Those who think thoughts like ghosts or ancestors or other gods, and live accordingly, they go to these dream worlds to share with others who think like they do.  Only those who know God as the only reality, do not need to come back again and again because the lesson of this world is to learn THAT Truth.
