Guna means the quality, state, or the property of mind, matter and the nature.  Refer to Chapter 14 for a more detailed treatment of the Gunas.  To ‘Be Single’ is a common call of Yesu’s from the Mystical Sayings.  To rise above duality is the first art of Spirit Realisation.
Whatever the spiritual aspirant needs is supplied to him/her in the correct measure.  It is a mistake to be too concerned with acquisition and preservation because God provides in adequate measures.  It is a mistake not to trust God. This is a message which Yesu repeated many times over.
