Gudakesa means conqueror over sleep.  A mighty person it takes to sleep only at will and not be dictated to by bodily needs.
Govinda is the Knower of human minds and needs - thus Arjuna addresses the Lord as if saying, “You already know that I have made up my mind and cannot continue.’  But Arjuna, even after having made his final decision, stomping his foot like a spoilt child, still seeks God’s counsel because he makes his statement almost with a question mark after it, as if saying, ‘and now that I have decided this, what now Lord?’
